MEET OUR TEAM

Beverly Pruzina has over 30 years of theatre experience, with credits in Film, Radio, TV, and Tours including with the Radio City Rockettes. She and her husband owned one of the original Drama Kids International USA Theatre franchises and is certified to teach English, History, and Theatre. Pruzina was named by LCPS the SEAC Outstanding Inclusion Educator for 2026. Her motto is "People before Production," and she loves inspiring students to believe in their potential.

Ann Stewart is Mezzo-Soprano Professional Soloist, former JH/HS Choral Teacher (10 years); Masters in Film/Television from UMich; Guest Conductor for All-District Events; former Music Director and performer at Main Street Theater; former director of Columbia Girls Choir and Songbirds; Seattle Mariners' National Anthem Soloist; Grammy Award-winner with the Washington Chorus; current LCPS Choral and Theatre Clinician; Solo, Choral, and Theatre Adjudicator; award-winning Author with her book Remnants being released October 2026.

Dr. Long joined our leadership team as the Music Director for Legally Blonde, the Musical and is entering the 26-27 school year as the Music Director for our Musical Theatre Classes.  Long has her Doctorate in Musical Arts and Vocal Performance from Shenandoah Conservatory. Prior to WHS she was the Director of Choirs and Performing Arts for Frederick County Public Schools. She has directed multiple productions currently directing Anastasia, the Musical, for Sterling Playmakers (Aug 2026). She is also professional singer.  Long hails from Stephens City, VA but was born and raised in Louisiana!  Her motto is "No matter what it is, give it your all and always do your best!"
